Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs payments made to P1SUN.PRO ("we", "us") for consulting services ("Operations") delivered to clients ("you").

1. Cooling-Off Window

You may cancel any engagement and receive a 100% refund within 48 hours of payment, provided that work on the engagement has not yet begun. To cancel, email info@p1sun.pro with your order reference.

2. Refunds After Work Begins

Once the engagement has started, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed:

• OP-01 (Recon Briefing, 300 CAD): non-refundable once the briefing call has taken place.
• OP-02 (Document Build-Out, 350 CAD): 50% refund if cancelled before first draft delivery; non-refundable afterwards.
• OP-03 (Full Deployment, 400 CAD): pro-rated refund based on milestones completed (intake, draft, submission).
• OP-04 (Business Launch, 500 CAD): 50% refund within first 5 business days; non-refundable once entity filings are initiated.

3. No Outcome Guarantee

Consulting fees are paid for advisory work and document preparation, not for visa approvals or business outcomes. Government decisions are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first at info@p1sun.pro before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly within 5 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
