Terms of Service

By engaging P1SUN.PRO ("we") you ("Client") agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Services

We provide consulting and advisory services on Canadian work visas and on launching a consulting business. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Where licensed legal or immigration representation is required, we will refer you to a qualified practitioner.

2. Engagement & Payment

Each engagement is a fixed-fee operation as listed on our Pricing page. Payment is due in full before work begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, timely information. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination without refund. You retain final responsibility for any documents submitted to government bodies.

4. No Outcome Guarantee

We do not guarantee visa approval, business success, or any specific outcome. Our fee covers advisory and document work performed.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during an engagement is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate in writing. Refunds (if any) follow our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
